Great for making Singapore Style Curry Chicken at home! This product is proudly created, processed and packed in Singapore, and sold to food businesses in Singapore and in the Asian market.

Suitable for meat, poultry and seafood.



  1. 20g of curry powder
  2. 200g of potatoes peeled
  3. 2 shallots peeled and sliced thinly
  4. ~500g of chicken thighs (boneless)
  5. 1 tablespoon of oil
  6. 1 cup of water (250 ml), use more water if you want more curry sauce
  7. 50 ml coconut cream (1/4 cup)
  8. Some curry leaves (optional)
  9. 6g of sugar
  10. Add salt to taste


  1. Heat 1tbsp of cooking oil.
  2. Throw in shallots. Saute until slightly brown.
  3. Add in curry powder and stir until aromatic.
  4. Add the chicken meat. Stir all together for 1 minute before adding water.
  5. Cover the pot and bring it to a boil. Then lower the heat and add in potatoes.
  6. Simmer for 20 minutes or so, until potatoes and chicken become soft and tender.
  7. Add in coconut milk/cream, mix and bring to a boil.
  8. Add salt to taste.
  9. Finally, pour in 6g of sugar. Ready to serve!
